Following months of intensive development work, TTS are pleased to announce that pre-orders are now open for this brand-new, Rotrex supercharger package for the Kawasaki ZZR1400/ZX-14 – the Super-Z!

This innovative setup is in the final stages of testing and takes performance of the big Kawasaki to the next level. With an output already in excess of 360hp and 190ft/lbs, there’s plenty more to come from the TTS Super-Z! (Final figures TBC).

The package utilises Rotrex’s latest C30-94 counterclockwise supercharger, which has allowed TTS to simplify the kit, reducing both cost and installation time. The C30-94 is a highly efficient, centrifugal unit, which delivers strong, linear performance; there is no lag or delay, as with a turbocharger, just a wave of usable power. This translates to incredible acceleration.

Extensive development work has ensured that the package is not only capable of extreme power, but will also deliver utmost drivability and durability. For that reason TTS also upgraded the drive belt to a super-tough Powerdyne unit.

As part of its everyday drivability, TTS have worked hard to make the supercharger installation as neat as possible. The C30-94 is mounted on the left-hand side of the bike and affords plenty of clearance; it is protected by a beautifully CNC-machined chain guard, embossed with the TTS logo.

TTS’s aim was to make everything look as ‘factory’ as possible, which includes the inboard air filter and the custom intercooler, which is force-fed by the vents in the fairing. The only other giveaway that this is not an ordinary ZZR1400/ZX-14 is the supercharger oil reservoir, with oil level indicator, which exits a vent in the fairing.

Fits: 2012-on models (potential to fit earlier 2006-2011 models)

Power: In excess of 350hp (TBC)

Kit includes: Rotrex C30-94 counterclockwise supercharger, custom CNC-machined belt guard, super-tough Powerdyne drive belt, custom fabricated intercooler, oil cooler, oil reservoir with level indicator, air filter, fuel pump, all pipework, brackets and ancillaries, comprehensive fitting instructions.

At the time of writing, TTS have not been able to test this supercharger installation on an earlier 2006-2011 model. However, TTS expect it to fit, with only minor modifications to the intercooler. Contact TTS directly if you are interested in a package for your 2006-2011 bike.
