FG2/FA5
Designed and built conversion replaces the standard radiator with a hi-performance 32mm (12mm std) core and runs alongside it a 60mm core intercooler, this keeps pipe work very short and throttle response incredibly crisp. The throttle body is before the supercharger so there is no need for a blow off, or recirculation valve. The supercharger is silent in operation so this car is totally stealth. From the outside it looks virtually stock but the performance figures tell another story.
FN2 – SUPERSPORT
This fantastic SUPERSPORT intercooled Rotrex supercharger conversion will leave the others for dead. Running the Rotrex C30-94 at 12+ psi maximum boost we make an awesome 350 bhp (over 400 with water/methanol) injection at the wheels on our Dynopro Dynamometer rolling road compared to 164 bhp for the standard car.We recommend a sports cat back exhaust system, decat pipe and LSD as a minimum with this conversion.
FN2 – Sport (non-intercooled)
Get the opportunity to get on the supercharged route that is fully upgradeable. Running the Rotrex C30-94 at 7 psi maximum boost we make an 100 bhp extra at the wheels on our Dynopro Dynamometer rolling road compared to 164 bhp for the standard car. What’s more amazing is we kept the standard Honda induction system and complete exhaust system.
FN2 – Shaft Drive Kit
We have maximised the surface area available to cool the charge to the lowest temperatures possible yet giving a minimal (0.03 bar) 0.4psi pressure drop. The pipework to and from the intercooler has a very short path and large diameters further reducing pressure drop and increasing throttle response. Sitting the supercharger in place of the Factory airbox required some ingenious design work but the benefits are huge. It allows for a proper CAI pulling air from outside not the engine bay at almost ambient temperature. (Please Note that this kit requires the battery to be relocated to either the boot for L/h drive cars or to the back of the engine bay using our fitting kit for R/H drive cars.). The supercharger outlet is perfectly positioned to run directly to the throttle body on low boost installations or directly to the fmic for high power applications.
FD2 – Supersport
The Supersport conversion makes an amazing 160+ BHP at the wheels more than standard and includes high performance Walbro fuel pump and 750cc injectors. 93 OCTANE (MON X RON/2 METHOD) or 97OCT RON. Minimum.
FD2 – Sport
This complete conversion has just the supercharger connected directly to the plenum with no intercooler and makes an incredible 100 bhp at the wheels more than standard. To upgrade to SuperSport just add the fmic, radiator, 4 bar map sensor and remap.
EP3 – Full Race kit
This kit is designed to mount in place of the standard aircon pump (i.e. no aircon). Using The rotrex C38-81 supercharger this race kit can produce in excess of 500+ BHP with the correct supporting modifications. Using our custom in house fabricated race intercooler and radiator combination this kit can produce upto 19 psi of boost and yet remain very drivable with totally linier throttle responce. For this level of power you will need an uprated clutch, a good quality high flow exhaust system and forged rods and pistons in the engine as a minimum.
EP3 – Sport
Superb supercharger conversion to give you a 50% plus power gain and give you even better drivability then the standard car. With 265 bhp and 170 ft.lb of torque at the wheels the car to pull hard through its entire power band with no glitches or fuss, no throttle lag, just seamless power. This conversion requires very little maintenance, utilising the genuine Honda belt tensioning system means OEM reliability. The conversion is available for both air conditioned and none air conditioned cars.
EP3 – Supersport (aircon model)
Supercharger conversion to give you a 100%** plus power gain and give you better drivability then the standard car. This conversion enables the car to pull hard through its entire power band without glitches or fuss, no throttle lag, just seamless power.
EP3 – Supersport (non aircon)
Our bottom mount supersport kit shares many parts with our full race kit. The main difference being that the supersport kit is designed for road cars that may wish to stay with a standard engine. This kit uses a Rotrex C30-94 supercharger mounted in the standard air-con pump position. Coupled with our race spec intercooler and high efficiency radiator this kit can produce up to 14 psi of boost and a 100%+ power gain when fitted with the correct supporting modifications. Brutal performance when needed and perfect road manners and drivability when being used day to day.
